Whitehall Farm Event Barn is a raw venue space located on a working farm in Fairfax.  Let your creativity soar as you make your dreams of a perfect wedding come true!

Amenities:

  • 150 mahogany Chiavari chairs (for indoor use only)

  • Assorted banquet tables (for indoor use only)

  • Indoor and outdoor options for ceremony

  • 10 hour rental 

  • 2 Private dressing rooms

  • Caterer's prep kitchen

  • Built-in bar

  • Heating and A/C

  • The whole Sycamore field will be open for your guests to wander around and see the farm animals

Pricing:

Friday & Saturday - $7,500

Thursday thru Sunday - $6,500

Holiday Weekends* - $8,500

*Friday - Sunday for major holidays: New Years Eve, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

*Pricing includes a standard two stall luxury bathroom trailer.  We also require a $1,000 refundable deposit.

**Please note that the Event Barn is not suitable for children's events/parties.
