Event Barn
Event Barn can be rented for full day and includes rental of a standard luxury restroom trailer.
Full Day
$7,500 - Friday and Saturday
$6,500 - Sunday thru Thursday

For safety reasons, the Event Barn is not available for children's parties

Covered Pavilion & Sycamore Field
Sycamore Field
$500 - 4 hour rental for up to 50 guests
​
Covered Pavilion
$1,000 - 4 hour rental up to 100 guests
​Rental time includes set up/clean up.
Each additional hour is $100.
Additional guests over the allotted count are $12 each
​
*Rental of Pavilion or Field include a standard Porta-john and yard games.

Fire Pit - $250 per two hours
